Dave is a successful entrepreneur, coach, consultant and teacher. He co-founded and built a transportation business with over 140 employees and two locations which he exited in 2022. Dave’s experience as the owner of a quickly growing small business have made him a sought-after business coach for leaders looking for straightforward, relatable strategies for business growth while maintaining a great family life. He has degrees from Grove City College and Millersville University. When he isn’t coaching others toward success, David can be found with his wife Courtney, chasing his five kids around his hometown of Lititz, Pennsylvania.

Bryce Taylor is a passionate business and leadership coach with roots in New Zealand, where he cultivated a deep understanding of strategy and structure through managing a family business and working on dairy farms. With 21 years of experience in ministry and business leadership roles, he is dedicated to helping other leaders thrive. Specializing in navigating tough conversations and crisis management, Bryce aims to guide leaders towards achieving their desired goals. Currently based in Lititz, Pennsylvania, Bryce cherishes his community and enjoys beach excursions with his wife and nine boys.
